What is the average turnover time?
An average schedule from start to finish in about 6 weeks. Four of those are need for print production.

Can you print a school logo?
Absolutely. We'd love to include school logos. Submit the best art you can find and we'll do the rest.

Can I submit a siblings drawing?
Yes. You can order anything with a younger (or older) sibling's drawing, and it will be delivered to the enrolled student's classroom.

Can I have a drawing produced in black & white even though the artwork is in color?
Yes, however we can't produce in color if the drawing is in black & white.

What if I need more drawing boards?
There are three ways: you may either request more drawing boards and we will promptly ship them out to you, photocopy them, or click here and print them out from this website.

What is the profit margin for our school?

Our student body includes many Spanish speaking students and families. Can we get a Spanish translated order form?
Yes. A Spanish translated order form is available.

What if we want to do the illustrations in art class.
This is a great idea. Not only will the illustrations be better, but the parents will be more eager to place an order. This will greatly increase your profits.

What if the drawing gets creased in the children's backpacks?
Try to keep the drawings flat. It's fine if some get creased - we will fix the creases in photoshop. It's best not to fold the art.

What if a drawing has white out on it?
No problem. We can work with it. Any pencil marks that are intented to be guidelines, as well as white-out splotches will be cleaned up.

What about the orders that come in after the deadline?
If you choose to include the late orders, first ship the on-time orders in as scheduled. You may then announce to the student body that there will be a later due date for last minute orders. Compile these late orders together and ship them out to us. ALL orders will be delivered together, on-time.
